1. After shampoo, glide the wet conditioner bar directly over your wet hair like when you are combing your hair
2. Massage scalp for 1-2 mins or more, allowing the nourishing ingredients to penetrate fully 
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water for soft, revitalized hair and scalp
4. Dry your hair before combing to avoid hair pulling
